However, it should be emphasized that it is very, very easy to fall into simply complaining, which does not work. Always, always place the discussion in a context of a clear intention, a clear vision of having the company perform better. This vision and intention has the effect of allowing others to skip the complaining and whining (if you prefer), and get on with the action steps that are needed.”
